The site is situated directly over the road from the entrance to the one of busiest train station in the UK. There is a large amount of pedestrian and vehicle traffic in this area, and benefits from an extremely vibrant nightlife. There are many restaurants and bars in the vicinity, being one of the trendiest areas for 23 to 35 year olds. In terms of London statistics this site provides a mixture between effective pedestrian targeting and vehicle targeting as the site benefits from moderate vehicle traffic but there is a large dwell time as it is a very congested area.
